Sustainability Leadership Programme
A partnership between TQT and CAfF that gives young African professionals a 50% scholarship on world-class QHSE and ESG certification courses.
Bridging the Sustainability Skills Gap in Africa
The Sustainability Leadership Programme is a joint initiative between TQT (Total Quality Training) and the Change Africans Foundation (CAfF).
Africa's sustainable development agenda requires a well-trained generation of professionals in quality, health, safety, environment, and ESG disciplines. Yet the cost of internationally recognised certification courses remains a significant barrier for many young Africans.
Through this programme, CAfF awards qualifying learners a 50% scholarship on any TQT certification course — making world-class professional development accessible across the continent.
World-class accredited training courses, expert facilitators, industry-recognised certificates, and a structured learning journey from enrollment to certification.
A 50% scholarship award for qualifying young African professionals, community support, mentorship network, and a pipeline of talented sustainability leaders.
Affordable certification, a professional network, SDG-aligned career development, and the credentials that employers across Africa and beyond are seeking.
Climate Change & GHG Accounting Capacity Building
Raising a new generation of GHG verifiers and experts across Africa.
We provide webinars and bootcamps on a comprehensive foundation for key GHG Standards and Frameworks for GHG accounting, reporting, verification, product carbon footprinting, and Net Zero implementation.
We want to raise GHG verifiers and experts in Africa to build a sustainable and resilient continent.
GHG Accounting is the measurement foundation of SDG 13 (Climate Action). Organizations and communities cannot effectively reduce emissions, develop Net Zero strategies, or demonstrate credible climate performance without first accurately measuring and reporting their greenhouse gas emissions, carbon foot & hand prints.
10-Module GHG Accounting Curriculum
Delivered through TQT's e-learning platform, this sponsored curriculum takes learners from climate science fundamentals through to a practical action project.
